Did the Lost Sheep of Israel Speak Greek?

To the people of the Jewish Messiah in 1st century Israel who were awaiting the coming of the Anointed One, He was known as Yeshua, a very popular name in His time. A name with a very important meaning.   With thousands of years of history as His backdrop, Yahweh God had finally sent His Messiah to the children of Abraham to whom He had been promised. But just as that history had recorded, Messiah wasn't coming only for Israel, but to bless all peoples.
3 I will bless those who bless you,     I will curse those who treat you with contempt,     and all the peoples on earth     will be blessed through you.      Genesis 12
He would come first for Israel, yes, but He was also coming for the Gentiles. As the Lord Jesus Himself said in His conversation with a non-Jew He had gone miles out of His way to meet:
22 "You Samaritans worship what you do not know. We worship what we do know, because salvation is from the Jews.

Another false claim that Muslims make about the Lord Jesus is that He was a sinner while He was on the earth.

One example they use to assert this is Jesus' response to Mary His mother when she appeals to Him to help the wedding party in Cana. Muslims call Jesus rude and disrespectful of His mother because He calls her "woman."

4 “What has this concern of yours to do with Me, woman?” Jesus asked. “My hour has not yet come.”
John 2

But in Matthew 15 we see Jesus using the same term to address a Canaanite woman who pleaded with Him to heal her child:

28 Then Jesus replied to her, “Woman, your faith is great. Let it be done for you as you want.” And from that moment her daughter was cured.
Matthew 15

Now here is Jesus defending the woman who had anointed His body for burial:

10 But Jesus, aware of this, said to them, “Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a noble thing for Me."
Matthew 26

He then prophesies this about her:

13 "I assure you: Wherever this go…
